The brand claims that this will increase it’s reliability and efficiency by five times, making it scooter much more lightweight.

The Gen 3 range scooters will also be equipped with a chain drive transmission with pre-lubricated O-rings instead of a belt drive, increasing its life efficiency by two times.
Gen 3 Safety Features
The Gen 3 range now comes equipped with advanced safety features like the brand’s ‘Brake by Wire’ patented technology and ABS.
The Brake by Wire technology makes use of a sensor on the lever to create ba alance between the brake pad and the motor’s stress, increasing the overall range efficiency by 15% and doubling the life of the brake pad.
The Ola S1 X and the Ola S1 X+ feature a single-channel ABS, while the Ola S1 Pro and the Ola S1 Pro+ get a dual-channel ABS.
In conclusion, the brand is gearing up to strengthen its presence and position itself again as the top player in the Indian E2W market with this launch.
